Overview
The Insights section displays Insights generated by the system or users and available from the Insights Feed page.
Insights Options
Individual Insights - each Insight can be of a different type (Quick Insights, Advanced Insights, or Custom Insights). Different Insights will have additional functionality, such as the ability to Refresh, Download Data, open to see Full Details, etc…
Recent - shows Insights that have been generated most recently by the user or any other user with the same Role association as the current user, or by the system through a scheduled task. Insights are ordered chronologically in descending order. This is the default.
Favorite - shows Insights that have been marked by the current user as favorites.
Popular - shows Insights that have been accessed/opened the most by the user and any other user with the same Role association as the current user. Insights are ordered from the highest to the lowest counts. Each user only gets one count.
More - opens the Insights Feed page with all Insights. See Easy Answers - Insights Page.
