Overview
The Topics section displays Topics from the Easy Answers ontology relating to the questions previously asked.
Topic Options
All Topics or Individual Topics - select the first All Topics to see results across all topics together, or select any other Topic to narrow the details to just the selected topic.
Recent - shows Topics that have been accessed most recently by the user or any other user with the same Role association as the current user. Topics are ordered chronologically in descending order. This is the default.
Popular - shows Topics that have been accessed/opened the most by the user and any other user with the same Role association as the current user. Topics are ordered from the highest to the lowest counts. Each user only gets one count.
Search - opens a dialog to allow searching for all available Topics.
Search Topics
In the Topics section, only Topics will be displayed that have been used in Questions. If any other Topics are needed, the user can use the Search button. The Search Topics dialog opens where the user can enter a search term. All Topics are displayed in the dialog by default, but adding a search term will narrow down the results. Click a desired Topic to see the Topic Details.
Topic Details Page
After selecting a Topic tile on the Home Page, a new page is shown with details.
All Topics
Left panel - metadata about the ontology and its topics.
Description - short description about the ontology to which the topics belong.
Other Words for this Ontology - a list of words that can be used instead of the ontology name.
Search Topics - enter a search term to find matching topics in the ontology.
Topics - a list of all topics in the ontology.
Topic Name - the name of the topic. Hover to see the short description for the topic.
Book - icon - click to open a small popup dialog containing:
Other Words for this Topic - a list of words that can be used as synonyms for the topic name.
Rule Values - another list of words that can be used as synonyms for the topic name, but in this case, the words are describing the topic based on rule values.
Right panel - list of questions available for the topics.
Tabs - the tabs represent different organizations of the Questions available.
All - shows all Questions from all users in alphabetical order.
Popular - shows Questions in popularity order, ie how many times they have been asked by different users.
Favorite - shows Questions that have been marked by the current user as a favorite.
Categorized - shows Questions organized into categories.
History - shows Questions in reverse chronological order, ie most recent question is shown first.
Search All Questions - enter a search term to find matching questions.
List of Questions - shows the Questions with the primary topic highlighted.
Favorite - “heart” icon - a filled-in heart indicates that the Question has been marked as a favorite.
Single Topic
Left panel - metadata about the topic and its properties.
Description - short description about the topic.
Other Words for this Topic - a list of words that can be used instead of the topic name.
Search Properties - enter a search term to find matching properties in the topic.
Properties - a list of all properties in the topic.
Property Name - the name of the property. Hover to see the short description for the property.
Data Type - the data type for the property, including String, Number, Date, Boolean.

Right panel - list of questions available for the topic.
