AO Easy Answers: 4.2
Overview
When users ask queries in an Easy Answers solution, the data produced in the various curation cards on the dashboard are extracted directly from the underlying data sources linked to the Ontology of the solution. In addition to such results, the Easy Answers solution can also be enabled by additional Insights either created by users at runtime or system-generated on a schedule. Such Insights are generally provided by machine learning (ML) models that can reveal trends, patterns, comparisons, correlations, forecasts, and other deeper-level understanding of the raw data.
Types of Insights
ML Model-based Insights are accessed from the “brain” icon in the header section of the solution (green circle), whereas generated AI Data Summarizations can be accessed from a “lightbulb” icons on the Easy Answers dashboard page (purple circles), - at the top next to the query and on most curation cards. Both types are identified in the screenshot below.
