Sharing a Query

Overview
The Easy Answers' Share Query option is available in the Options menu, as seen in the screenshot below.
Share Query
When clicking the Share Query option, a dialog opens allowing the user to share a query with one or more users. The user sharing a query has two options:
Send a link via email by identifying one or more existing users.
Copy the query link to the clipboard (Copy link option), then use any messaging system to send the link.
An Expiry can be added for the link if the user wants to render the link unusable after the expiry date has been reached. See Share Page for additional details. Finally, user has the option to Download and attach the Easy Answers dashboard as a PDF file. The same PDF file can be separately downloaded under Download Results in the Action menu.
Only existing users with adequate permissions on the system can be selected as Recipients.
