Overview
While using Easy Answers, errors may happen in different situations. There are generally two categories of errors:
Question errors - these types of errors will typically be accompanied by one or more suggestions to help the user move forward. The suggestions will only be shown if this functionality is enabled in the Ontology (a vector database has to be integrated and selected) and previously understood questions have to be available.
Permission or System errors - these conditions will only provide an error message.
Here are some of the common notifications that may appear.
Question Errors
No Data Found Error
The message "No Data Found" will appear if the question posed by the user is understood, but the question did not return any results or matches, ie. there is no relevant data available based on the specified criteria.

Partial Question Error
The Partial Question Error condition arises when a dashboard is generated specifically for the section of the question that is understood and the unknown word(s) is marked by a squiggly red line. Alternative questions are provided whenever feasible to suggest alternative words that are understood by the system. Remove or suggest alternative words for the "unknown" word(s) in the original question.

The Fix unknown words button is available when one or more words are not recognized by the system. Click the button to open the Improve Easy Answers dialog to help the system better understand how to handle such unknown words going forward. The dialog will propose one or more options for each unknown word allowing the user to respond to each situation with a Yes or No. If none of the suggestions make sense, the user can also select to Annotate. See Adding Synonyms for Unknown Words.

Full Question Error
This kind of message will appear if the Easy Answers solution cannot make sense of the question posed. This could be down to the user having misspelled one or more words, or otherwise used words not recognized by the system. When a Full Question Error condition arises, no dashboard is generated. In cases of Full Question Errors, if available, alternative questions will be shown for the user to try out instead.
