Overview
The Questions section displays Questions that have been prepared and/or asked by other users. Click any Question to immediately execute the Question to generate a Results page.
Some questions may display a blue Verified badge. This indicates the question has been reviewed and validated by an authorized user, and its results are trusted. See Using Question Verification for full details about question verification workflows and the verified question status.
Question Options

Individual Questions - select any of the available Questions. In addition to the Questions, the main topic used by each Question is also shown, eg., Meter, Customer, Bill, etc…

Recent - shows Questions that have been accessed most recently by the user or any other user with the same Role association as the current user. Questions are ordered chronologically in descending order. This is the default.

Favorite - shows Questions that have been marked by the current user as favorites.

Popular - shows Questions that have been accessed/opened the most by the user and any other user with the same Role association as the current user. Questions are ordered from the highest to the lowest counts. Each user only gets one count.

More - opens a secondary page with more Questions organized based on the following options (tabs):

All - shows all Questions from all users in alphabetical order.

Popular - shows Questions in popularity order, ie how many times they have been asked by different users.

Favorite - shows Questions that have been marked by the current user as a favorite.

Categorized - shows Questions organized into categories.

History - shows Questions in reverse chronological order, ie most recent question is shown first.
