Viewing Insight Tasks

Overview
The Insights Task Viewer is available from the User menu in an Easy Answers solution. It provides an overview of the Insight Tasks that have been generated by the user and the current status of execution. Individual notifications will be shown to the user during the execution of Insight Tasks, or the user can see all notifications from the Bell icon in the header section of the Easy Answers solution.
User Actions
All Items - checkbox to select All items on the Task list.
Time Period - dropdown with various predefined periods (6 Months, 3 Months, Last Month, Current Month, 2 Weeks, Last Week, and Current Week). Select the period for which Insight Tasks will shown.
Status - dropdown with the different types of Status available (All Statuses, In Progress, Completed, Failed, Suspended, and Canceled).
Search - free-text Search option to help identify specific Tasks based on Task Names.
Refresh - refreshes the Task list.
From the Task Options menu for each Task
View History - opens a dialog for History details of a specific Insight Task. With the History dialog open, the user has the following options:
Refresh - refreshes the History list.
Download Data - opens a dialog to configure a table download of all History items.
