New in Release for AO Easy Answers

Easy Answers Agent

  • A new Easy Answers Agent UI is now available, replacing the previous Easy Answers Chatbot functionality. The Easy Answers Agent makes use of a new Agentic AI framework, which is many times more powerful, flexible, and future-proof compared to the Chatbot in previous releases.

    • The Agent provides both textual answers as well as visualizations (tables, charts, and infographics).

    • Some visualizations can be changed to alternative visualizations from a simple dropdown.

    • LLM Interpretation Modes provide users with more control and flexibility over how questions are interpreted and validated against the ontology - especially related to resolving ambiguities and unknown words. Power users with granted permissions can change LLM Interpretation at runtime.

    • View the Agent Plan for resolving questions.

    • Context provided for each question in the conversation.

    • A branching option allows the user to start a new conversation from any previous question.

    • Drilldown on Agent response by generating a detailed dynamic dashboard.

  • See Easy Answers - Agent Page.
