Overview
The Standard Search option in Easy Answers is an optional custom page that facilitates a more traditional type of Search functionality where users will simply provide a value relating to eg. Customers and the value representing a Last Name value or an Address value. When the Search is executed, a page will show all matching Customers based on “Form Layout”. Each record can be clicked to open a full-screen popup dialog with additional details about the selected Customer record. Such Standard Search page is typically only found in solutions based on a separate service engagement with App Orchid.
